Right of Withdrawal

Withdrawal Period

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 30 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) has received the goods.

Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement sent by email.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day we receive your withdrawal request.

The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

Return of Goods

You must return the goods within 30 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal.

The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Personalized products

• Opened hygiene products

• Damaged or used products where the use exceeds what is necessary to inspect the goods
